- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If there was an option to give this place zero stars I would mark it twice. Here waiting to apply for a passport. I had an appointment and was here 15 minutes prior, come to find out there are other people here with appointments been waiting over 2 hours. The representative at the passport office is extremely rude. There is no sense of customer service in this organization. If you try to ask a question, it's as if you are bothering the representative. One lady attempted to speak with a supervisor, because she went to the bathroom, after being her since 9am, but because they called her number and she was not present, she was told she can not be seen today and must make an appointment. This is crazy. Very poor management of this Post Office. :(By Ty Simon, September 24, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is hell on Earth. I'm trying to apply for my passport, and it's been an hour and a half, and there's no end in sight. People are sitting on the floor, there aren't public bathrooms, there aren't enough supplies...and any attempt to make an appointment is failed. This place absolutely needs help. Dire need. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Coming here since I was a kid, now as an adult I have my own PO Box. Friendly and fast service, but then again I probably pick a good time of day. Passport office has just as nice service rep. I really can't complain, I enjoy my brief moments at the post office only thing that would make it better is if I were getting checks instead of bills in the mail.By D. Howard, April 13, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service! Waited 5 hours with toddler! Called to walk in appt they said ok come at 10 am so we showed up and waited 5 hours! If we knew we wouldnt even bother and we had to bring our kid. No bathroom, no wending machine nothing there! Avoid walk ins and try to make appt like 2-3 month before. We couldn't make an appt in convenient time for us so we had to go through so much waiting/waisting time. Needless to say baby was crying and tired...By GI Joe, March 27, 2017
