  Customer Service is excellent, I recently switched auto insurance after stumbling across this company in a long list of providers/brokers. For months I would call my insurance company and sit waiting for almost an hour most of the time just to get hung up on. To be honest shopping for car insurance can be like having a tooth pulled, I even called about seven or so companies before calling Callahan's and I got either no answer or was told to call back. No one even inquired my needs until I called and funny thing was NO WAIT TIME. Although... I did have to leave two separate messages for the gentleman that wrote my new policy and he returned my call both times in minutes. I even got renters insurance bundled with my auto policy for under half of what I was already paying and NO corners were cut all the numbers match. Super happy. Would recommend to anyone in need of insurance from a company that values there customers.
