- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank sucks. The online system doesn't keep up with charges sometimes so what you think comes out and what actually comes out is completely different. Calling the help line isn't worth it because the people act as if you're a bother to them.By Brittany Norfleet, July 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst and most uninformative bank I've ever bad the displeasure of entering, the door was locked at about 3:30pm when I did get in a rep was sweeping the carpet with a broom, and arguing with another one while I was there.
