    Needed heirloom pin (Grandpa's gift to Grandma before he shipped out to WWII) repaired. Extremely happy with Robbie's professionalism and the product he gave back to me. Grandma's had it in a drawer since it broke sometime back when Ike was in the Whitehouse... she's gonna cry! Thanks guys. Entire staff was great.

    Very disappointing services. Repaired a ring and within the first day of wearing it, the ring broke. Dropped off my diamonds to be reset and after a month they still were not able to produce a design. No communication and the gentleman was less than helpful, though the ladies are lovely.
